Dear all,
I have missed doing daily scenes. I feel like I am forgetting something when I don't do one.
Today I completed another scene. I again forgot to take a photograph of it before I coloured it in. I will try to do better next time.
It is stamped on watercolour cardstock and coloured using Windsor and Newton and Terry Harrison paints.
Time to try and remember which sets the stamps come from. The dragonfly came from a Card-io Majexstic stamp set called Oriental Magnolia. The fence is from a Card-io stamp set called Christmas Scenery 1. The flowers at the front of the scene are from a Card-io stamp set called Early Spring blooms. The sheep came from a Hobby Art stamp set called Hillside Scene its. See I remembered this time!
In the above picture I have masked the sheep using masking fluid and stuck the watercolour card to the plexiglass using masking tape.
In this picture I have removed the tape and masking fluid. I love the reveal. I suggest you give it a go because it is really good watching the scene come out.
Here it is in the book. I think it looks cute in the picture frame.
The book is really filling up now. It looks really good flipping through it. I really recommend buying this book, even if just for the satisfaction of flipping through it looking at all your art work in cute frames.
I will be publishing another scene tomorrow so please come back and have a look.
I hope you enjoyed.
SJ
