Seaside Mini

Today I finished another mini scene.

 

I remembered to take a picture at a lot of the different steps.

 

Here it is stamped on watercolour card. Most of the stamps used in this scene are from the coastal Hobby Art set and the reeds stamp is a Stampscapes stamp.

 

This picture shows the masking fluid on the cliff. I masked the cliff off so that the colours from the sky don't run in to it.

 

Here is the scene after the mask on the cliff has been removed. I'm sure you know by now that I love the reveal part of the process. This scene is coloured using Windsor and Newton watercolours.

 

Here it is completed but with the masking tape still in place.

 

Then finally when I have removed the tape to reveal the neat edges.
